Both Rachel and Nikki have experienced their own personal challenges, which is why they are the best people to support you.  They have ‘been there’, and ‘get it’.

Your life might not be everything you need it to be, or want it to be, but no matter what difficulties you have faced or where you are starting from with the right determination and guidance you can turn your life around.

We all have the power to shape our futures, and that starts with developing strong self-esteem.

Having spent many years dealing with the effects of another’s addiction, BEYOND is the product of my personal journey.

This traumatic experience meant I was living in a constant state of chronic stress, which had an enormous effect on my mental emotional and physical health.  I became so focussed on their well-being that I forgot about mine. I detached emotionally in order to survive.  I lost sight of myself, my peace of mind and sanity.

Having attended many ‘Family Programmes’, in many different treatment centres around the world, the lack of support for those impacted by another’s addiction/mental ill-health was apparent.  We were treated as an ‘after thought’, with the focus entirely on the ‘patient’, which only contributed to my distress and trauma.

My long road to recovery began in Cape Town, and I would like to share the transformative powers of this magical place and wonderful people, with those of you who are looking to change the direction of your life.  Our world class programme, created by our experienced and passionate team will allow you to move above & BEYOND your current circumstances.

Nikki Munitz

For two decades I hung onto life the same way you would to the back of a fast-moving car – painfully scraping along the tarmac, knuckles white, tightly clenched in fear and struggling to hold on. By the time I was 25 I was a heroin addict who had faced several near-death experiences yet continued to chase my addiction through rehabilitation centres across continents. I was also a divorced Mother of two, completely alienated from family and friends, bound by a string of toxic relationships with a messy trail of destruction that I had to face alone. My blessing was that I was also a convicted criminal facing a prison sentence.

“I had been sober for six years before being sentenced, so I had mastered the art of survival. It was ‘living’ that was beyond me.“

The truth was I hated myself. My self-loathing ran so deep that addiction, desperation, betrayal and crippling anxiety were all just part of my ‘normal’. The penny dropped in prison where it wasn’t about getting clean anymore or grasping at the leftovers that life had handed me. I had been sober for six years before being sentenced, so I had mastered the art of survival. It was ‘living’ that was beyond me. Regardless of my damaged self, I realized that living my life for others had become unsustainable and that no one could ever give me what I had been craving all along – the love I never had for myself.

“My life began to transform with me at the wheel. Slowly, steadily and significantly.”A random self-esteem course I took in prison became the catalyst and my beacon for a profoundly life changing journey of self-discovery. I not only learnt how powerful I can be in my own life, but that I had the right to choose how I want my life to be, how I want my relationships to manifest, where I want to be successful and so much more. This pursuit of inner connection highlighted so many hidden aspects of who I was and ignited in me a fierce determination to piece together the life I wanted to live. To know yourself, love yourself and participate fully in your life’s journey is the key to anyone’s personal evolution. But more than that, it holds the potential to power dreams into reality.

”I decided to dedicate my life to helping others find their freedom.”

After having worked extensively in the field of addiction treatment, I realized that the power of self-development is so profoundly all-encompassing that I decided to dedicate my life to helping others find their freedom – not only from addiction, but rather from the prisons created by their own self-doubt and negative belief systems.

“Today I am living my best life – curated by none other than me.”

Today I am living my best life – curated by none other than me. I have a healthy and loving relationship with myself, a wonderfully supportive husband and two incredibly well-adjusted teenagers. I am a trusted businesswoman, passionate professional and proud community leader and I’m excited about life. My life experience has become my life’s work – to assist others in changing their stuck narrative, as I did for myself. Whether it be in overcoming addiction, dealing with depression, finding purpose or otherwise. It doesn’t really matter, because every individual requires a different approach to harnessing the personal power it takes to live their best life. My deep understanding and fine-tuned sense of empathy allows me to cut to the core quickly unlocking self-esteem, building resilience and personal empowerment, and re-establish belonging, all the while supporting and guiding the process.

“Recognizing your true value and worth in the world is possible, all you need is courage and commitment to explore your full potential.”

This is my story, and although we all share different versions of the same story, I know that everyone’s story is unique. Recognizing your true value and worth in the world is possible, all you need is courage and commitment to explore your full potential. It is my purpose to help you do that.
